William Haug, 34, of Philadelphia, was on the 17-foot vessel with four other people when the incident occurred on the Fourth of July at Post Creek, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Philip Curry said.
Haug's body was recovered the following day. Foul play is not suspected but the incident is still under investigation.
